**CNC Machinist - 1st Shift**

**Job Description**

This role involves setting up, operating, and programming CNC lathes with Fanuc controls to produce precision components from engineering blueprints. You will program directly at the machine, perform complete setups, and ensure all parts meet strict quality and dimensional standards. In a small, collaborative team where everyone wears multiple hats, you will also support other areas such as the stock room, assembly, and shipping as needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components according to engineering blueprints and specifications.
+ Program CNC lathes directly at the machine using Fanuc controls and 3-axis capabilities.
+ Perform complete machine setups from start to finish, including tooling selection, fixture setup, and machine calibration.
