This hands-on role involves setting tooling, loading raw materials, and making real-time G-code adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle heavy parts, and the skill to troubleshoot mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment.
