**CNC Machinist**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on maintaining high productivity and quality within a CNC machining cell by troubleshooting production issues, performing proven machine setups, and operating CNC mills and lathes as needed. You will work within established work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures while actively contributing to continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate all machines and processes within the assigned cell proficiently, including CNC mills and lathes.
+ Conform to and operate within all applicable operator work instructions, standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety procedures.
+ Maintain cell productivity by troubleshooting production problems and performing proven setups under the guidance of a Manufacturing Engineer and/or Supervisor.
