**Job Title: CNC Machinist ($27/hr)**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality precision parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will interpret blueprints, make basic program edits at the machine, and use precision measuring tools to ensure all components meet tight tolerances and quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up CNC machines with the correct materials, tools, and fixtures according to job requirements.
+ Adjust machine speeds, feeds, and offsets to meet specifications and improve performance.
+ Operate CNC mills and/or lathes safely to produce parts within required tolerances.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings to determine machining requirements.
+ Make basic edits or adjustments to CNC programs directly at the machine when needed.
