**Job Description**
The CNC Lathe Operator sets up, operates, and maintains CNC lathes in both a climate-controlled shop and an outdoor yard environment. This role involves performing precision machining, making G-code edits directly at the machine, and safely operating material-handling and cutting equipment. The operator works independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality production, safe operations, and reliable equipment performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC lathes to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints.
+ Edit CNC programs at the machine using G-code to make necessary adjustments for quality and efficiency.
+ Enter and adjust machine parameters using computer interfaces on the CNC equipment.
+ Set up and use overhead cranes, jib cranes, forklifts, and telehandlers to safely move materials and components.
