This is a first shift opportunity and **the pay rate is $28-$36/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision metal components
+ Develop and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
+ Create and modify simple CNC programs using M-Code and G-Code at the machine
+ Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine accessories as required for production
