            Job Description About the Opportunity: Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist 
Pay Rate Range: $40.00-$50.00/hour 
Location: Hastings, MN 
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM 
Position Type: Direct Hire 
Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications, and technical drawings. 
Strong knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and tooling geometry. 
Expertise in using precision measurement tools. 
Familiarity with various CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas). 
 
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
