Job Summary: The CMA Training & Capability Development Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and capability-building initiatives to support Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) processes. This role focuses on strengthening functional expertise, driving process adoption, and enabling alignment across Sales, Finance, and Shared Services.
