Ensures implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness in the delivery of centralised curriculum and initiatives at centres
Possesses good knowledge of licensing and SPARK requirements, able to guide and coach Principals to meet the requirements. Visits centres regularly and conducts site evaluations and audits. Oversees day-to-day operations of centres that need assistance and attention.
Facilitates innovation and lead principals to manage change
Analyses enrolment figures, financial data, programme evaluation and other issues relating to child care, and provides recommendation and guidance to Principals
