Job Description

The Cluster Marketing Assistant is responsible for ensuring the achievement of the full-year sales target for the cluster, focusing on brand new sales through cash and installment options.

The main duties include:

1. Coordinating with CI regarding CIR of customers.
2. Collecting pertinent information from customers and validating requirements, assessing fraud-risk probability based on submitted documents.
3. Encoding applications into the system.
4. Monitoring the end-to-end process of unit sales, from encoding to CIR, up to unit release.
5. Overseeing unit testing before release.
6. Calculating the correct downpayment for each customer.
7. Coordinating with the CSOD team regarding unit prices.
8. Following standard procedures based on company policies for all sales-related activities.
