Set the area targets of each district based on business potential and aligned with company strategic goals.
Recommend strategic sales plan, program and activity to meet the specific target under sales initiatives and the CTS (cost-to-sales) of each program/project prior endorsement to CEO.
Responsible to conduct monthly business review to GTD.
Submission of Weekly Highlight report to be submitted to GTM.
Endorse operational issues of support team (Supply chain, Credit and Collection)
Review expenses vs. budget of the cluster
Creation of KRA/KPI (District and AL)
Monitor execution of cluster tactical objective.
Review of GTD KRA/KPI.
Consolidate and review of sell out report to be submit to GTM on a monthly basis.
