You will be a key member of the New Zealand leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

You will provide functional leadership and mentorship to the on‑property Talent & Culture teams at our three iconic properties: Rosewood Cape Kidnappers, Kauri Cliffs, and Matakauri, located in Hawkes Bay, Northland and Queenstown, ensuring a consistent and world‑class employee experience across the cluster.
