Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech). In this role you will be expected to work closely with the Internal Service Management team and manage a team of contractors to support secure products across the whole of Government.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Internal Service Management team to develop and enhance business functions and processes.
• Lead and manage the operations team (contractors) to maintain and support secure products for Whole-Of-Government.
• Analyze impacts of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address evolving business needs, working with the respective support teams to identify, understand, and mitigate operational challenges.
• Ensure that the card production system is properly managed and coordinated by the team of contractors with no disruption to business operations.
