JOB OVERVIEW 
We are currently looking for a Cloud Administrator to join our project team, which is one of the UKs leading financial and online retail corporations specializing in corporate travel solutions., with annual revenue exceeding £2.2 billion RESPONSIBILITIES 

Manage and maintain CTMs telecommunication systems including PBX, VoIP, SIP trunks, and Microsoft Teams.

Configure call routing plans, IVR systems, and auto-attendants.

Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning.

Implement IAM policies, encryption protocols, and firewall rules for secure communication.

Provide end-user support and troubleshoot telecommunication issues.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong understanding of PBX systems (on-premises and cloud-based).

In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), codecs, and SBCs.
