As our Intake Clinician, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help—often during moments of vulnerability and uncertainty. Your ability to listen, assess needs accurately, and connect clients with the right services will set the tone for their entire care experience. Responsibilities and Duties

+ Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, risk assessments, and diagnostic screenings.

+ Collaborate with clients to identify immediate needs and appropriate treatment pathways.

+ Coordinate with therapists, case managers, and medical providers to ensure seamless care transitions.

+ Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in our electronic health record system.

+ Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary, using trauma-informed approaches.
