Basic Function Under the general supervision of the Manager of Behavioral Health Services, the Outpatient Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to one or more service units delivering behavioral health services in clinic and community-based settings. Services are provided to children, adolescents, adults, and families. The supervisor ensures high-quality, ethical, and compliant care while supporting staff development, productivity, and program goals.
