What You’ll Do

• Run day‑to‑day operations and KPIs (SLA, quality, cost containment, productivity) for a distributed team.
• Oversee Treatment Guarantees, pre‑authorizations, and clinical adjudication to ensure safe, medically appropriate, and cost‑effective outcomes.
• Own workforce planning and rostering across locations in a 7‑day operation, aligning capacity to demand.
