An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker within WARD 4. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to work within the acute setting and be a support to both the Clinical Support Workers team and the Nursing team alike. You will be encouraged and supported to assist with patient care and safety., You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and receive structured appraisal, support, mentorship and training. The main role of the Clinical Support Worker will include providing fundamental nursing care to our inpatients with all activities of daily living, to act in emergency situations and to support the registered nursing staff to deliver a high standard of care to all our patients.
