We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide high standards of care for patients on the Lancaster Suite at Royal Lancaster Infirmary. The Lancaster Suite is a short‑stay medical ward with 28 patients, specialising in Diabetes/Endocrinology and Gastroenterology.

Main duties of the job

• Work effectively with the multidisciplinary team to promote patient well‑being.
• Assist Registered Nurses in the delivery of care to a designated patient group, prioritising the workload.
• Assist in the implementation of direct clinical care.
• Determine patient comfort by talking, listening and building rapport.
