POSITION SUMMARY:




The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight and supervision for the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Residential Housing Program located onsite at the Northport VA Medical Center. The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and clinical guidance to case management staff supporting Veterans experiencing homelessness and complex medical, behavioral health, substance use, and psychosocial challenges.
