Clinical Research - Nephrologist Schedule: Part-Time (8 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Principal Investigator (PI) or Sub-Investigator (Sub-I) for clinical research studies.
- Conduct medical screenings, physical exams, and patient assessments.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP , regulatory guidelines, and study protocols.
- Collaborate with research staff to ensure accurate EHR/EDC documentation and reporting of AEs/SAEs .
- Participate in site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and audits.
- Support study design, protocol feasibility, and participant recruitment.
- Attend investigator meetings and contribute clinical insights on safety and outcomes.
- Stay current on clinical research regulations and nephrology advancements.
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. with an active, unrestricted Connecticut medical license.
