We are seeking a suitably skilled, highly motivated, competent and organised person to join our Clinical Records team as a Mobile Administrator.

In this role, you will be providing cover across the team for planned and unplanned leave, working from either Wellington or Kenepuru hospitals. This can be a busy and varied role covering a diverse range of tasks and requires someone who is extremely flexible, adaptable and able to learn quickly.

There will be some requirement to work weekends, evenings and public holidays in a sole charge environment.

Clinical Records are responsible for the safe, effective and efficient management of patient records at Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley District. The Clinical Records team manages requests and retrievals through prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced, high volume, customer focused environment.
