The Learning Facilitation Professional 1 conducts or facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences. The Learning Facilitation Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to serve as a Clinical Preceptor. In this role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and clinical instruction to our medical assistant and/or new staff in a clinical setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide hands-on training and support to learners in accordance with clinical standards and organizational policies.
+ Demonstrate and teach clinical procedures, patient care techniques, and documentation requirements.
+ Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
