The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ PharmD in Pharmacy Doctorate Or

+ Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

+ Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered

+ Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable
