We're seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a growing home infusion team in Milwaukee, WI! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care through sterile compounding and IV medication management.

Position Highlights:

Contract-to-Hire
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM-6:00 PM
On-call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Qualifications:

Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license
2+ years of recent sterile compounding/IV preparation experience
Home infusion pharmacy experience preferred
CPR certification preferred
