Responsibilities

• Providing clinical pharmacy services, including medicines reconciliation and optimisation of treatments
• Dispensing and supplying medications in accordance with hospital protocols and national standards
• Offering professional advice to healthcare teams, patients, and caregivers to promote safe medication use
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and hospital guidelines for medication management
• Supporting stock management, including procurement and safe storage of medicines
