Job Summary: Provides education and training to foster professional development for clinical and non-clinical staff by performing a variety of duties that may include some or all of the following: creating, leading and/or facilitating orientation & onboarding sessions; and performing skills competency training and/or ongoing education & training programs as required for positions within the organization. Fosters collaborative partnerships with leadership to build effective education and training programs that satisfy regulatory requirements and result in positive outcomes. Maintains subject matter knowledge and uses research and evidence-based practices to build effective education and/or training programs. Participates in education and training courses, seminars, and/or workshops to enhance his or her own professional development in training and education.
