Leading and coordinating education, training, and professional development across Mental Health Services;

Supporting graduate nurses, new staff, and students through orientation, supervision, and competency development;

Promoting evidence-based practice and contemporary mental health care;

Driving mandatory training compliance and competency frameworks;

Partnering with Nurse Unit Managers and the leadership team to identify learning needs and workforce capability gaps;
