About the Role

Lead patient flow and support high‑quality General Surgery & Vascular care within a busy acute ward. Provide clinical coordination across the ward, ensuring safe, effective and timely patient care throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow, support decision‑making in acute situations and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Act as a key clinical resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, support and leadership and fostering a strong team culture.
