Role Summary

Position : CSE/Complex Care - Clinical Team Lead

Location : Yorkshire region (East Yorkshire, West Yorkshire & West Humberside)

Hours : 40 hours (Monday to Friday)

Salary/Benefits : Up to £50,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and clinical governance to CSE/CC services in the region.
• Coordinate assessments and interventions for young people with complex care needs.
• Offer guidance and feedback on assessments and clinical recommendations.
• Support multi‑agency risk assessments in relation to CSE.
• Provide clinical supervision, training packages and bespoke workshops for teams.
• Consult and advise operational and educational colleagues.
• Maintain a small case‑load of direct work with young people.
