Job Description

Handles the management and administration of the Radiology Information System (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS), Voice Recognition and Dictaphone systems, related servers, storage, backup, workstations and associated peripherals of the RIS/PACS system for American Hospital Dubai and its clinics. Provides technology planning and implementation services in the field of imaging technologies, dictation, and reporting and voice recognition systems. Oversees the daily operations and maintenance of the Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Voice recognition and Dictaphone systems. Works with the Medical Imaging Department to ensure the Technical Director, Radiologists and all end users of the systems are fully supported.
