Health Shared Services Alberta is seeking a Portals, Clinical Informatics Lead (CIL) to join the Clinical Operations Informatics Office (COIO), a team responsible for supporting the readiness, implementation, continuous improvement, and optimization of Connect Care work streams and programs. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Readiness (CORe) Lead, the CIL plays a critical role in integrating clinical knowledge with digital health systems, including MyChart and the Connect Care Provider Portal. This role ensures that digital tools effectively support clinical workflows, enhance patient care, and align with provincial healthcare goals, directly contributing to Alberta’s vision of a digitally enabled, patient‑centered health system.
