SALARY The salary range for this position is $25 - $40 per hour.

QUALIFICATIONS Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Counseling required.

Licensure:

•   Valid Ohio LSW, LPC or MFT required.


• LISW, LPCC or IMFT preferred.
• Three years’ experience in clinical diagnosis and assessment preferred.
• Three to five years’ experience in mental health field preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families.

Other:

• A valid driver's license with approved driving record(less than 6 points), personal transportation and insurance, if required to drive on behalf of the agency.
