This is a leadership position based in Broken Hill that focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care through advanced clinical practice, staff supervision, and compliance with aged care standards.

• Assist the Residential Manager in overseeing daily operations of the care home.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing and care staff.
• Ensure care is delivered in line with residents’ goals, preferences and assessed needs.
• Oversee care planning, assessments, case conferences, and AN-ACC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant aged care legislation, regulations, and best practices.
• Liaise with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.
