**Shift:** Sunday through Thursday, from 2:00am - 10:30am. Training will be provided for 5 weeks during regular business hours.

**Shift differential:**

+ 2nd shift (M-F between the hours of 4:30 pm to 1:00 am) - 5%
+ 3rd shift (M-F between the hours of 1:00 am to 9:30 am) - 10%
+ Weekend (Shifts in between the hours of 9:30 am Saturday and 1:00 am Monday) -10%

**Location:** Dearborn, MI

**Virtual:** This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.
