We are looking for talented Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, or Nurses to join our Remedy family. Working as part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you’ll coordinate and support the delivery of home-based health care to clients across Australia.

Thisis a hybrid role, and we are open to both WA and VIC based candidates who can work out of our Delhi Street West Perth Office / Spring Street Melbourne Office and from home on a casual basis.

The day to day

• Coordinating and managing Rehab at Home programs for clients discharging from hospital to home-based care following orthopaedic surgery or deconditioning post hospital admission
