**RFA Clinical Adoption Manager**

**Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of Hologic’s RFA portfolio by helping physicians identify more patients, build successful fibroid treatment programs, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes through consistent clinical and commercial partnership.**

**Position Summary**

The RFA Clinical Adoption Manager is responsible for accelerating physician adoption, procedural utilization, and long-term program growth for Hologic’s Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) portfolio, including Sonata and Acessa.

Working in partnership with the Account Executive, the RFA Clinical Adoption Manager serves as a clinical and commercial resource to physicians, office staff, and health system stakeholders to drive patient identification, referral development, physician confidence, and procedural volume growth.
