Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and friendly clinic assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of a family medicine clinic, and supporting clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet and register patients. Respond to patient enquiries via phone and WhatsApp, and schedule patient appointments. Chaperone for female patients (if required). Prepare and dispense medicines after verification by the doctor. Assist the doctor during patient consultations and minor procedures. Handle cashiering duties, and submit insurance claims.
