Position Title: Clinic Assistant / Patient Care Assistant  
Working Location: Sengkang West Avenue 
Working Hours: 5.5 days 
Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT Pay + Medical Benefits  
Duration: Permanent 
 Key Responsibilities  Register patients and manage dispensing of medications, including stock checks. 
Prepare for blood tests, complete required forms, and process X-ray request forms. 
Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and ensure accurate record keeping. 
Handle GP insurance and CHAS claims. 
Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries via WhatsApp. 
Schedule and manage patient appointments. 
Assist the doctor with procedures, wound dressing, and other treatments. 
Perform autoclaving for instruments.
