Client Instruction Handling and Servicing
Receive, verify and prepare client instructions in line with internal procedures, including checking authorisations, completing internal forms and obtaining required internal signatures.Initiate and input client transactions into the banking systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness of data and proper handling of SAS alerts.Collect and process client instructions related to corporate action events, coordinating with relevant internal teams.Maintain and regularly update client files, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements; record activity reports in the system where necessary.Follow up on pending items and open issues, escalating where required to ensure timely resolution.Act as a point of contact on behalf of the IAM Desk for other departments for troubleshooting, information requests and operational q...
