We are actively seeking a Client Success Manager who will report to the VP, Client Success. Qualified candidates can work remotely but must be based within the country of Dubai, UAE.

The Client Success Manager will manage and expand the partnership with our clients, driving client lifecycle, adoption, retention, cross‑sell, advocacy, and satisfaction across a large portfolio of named clients.

• Focus on Retention, Cross‑Sell, Client Advocacy and developing the business value proposition through RSI services offerings.
• Deliver and communicate ROI throughout the client lifecycle.
