Job Description
The Client Success Administrator supports the Client Success team by managing documentation, coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and assisting with communication internally and externally. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage diaries for your Manager/Leader
- Follow up on meetings, actions, and tickets. This would be to follow up, update the comms, send out comms to clients. Follow up with support or dev and provide feedback to client.
- Meeting reports to Client Success Team.
- Ticket reports to Client Success Team.
- Update communication, notes, meetings in the system.
- Maintain Client Success documentation, including reports and minutes.
- Perform various administrative tasks and support the Client Success team with ad hoc duties as needed.
