JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining processes, creating pre-defined work flows and reducing the usage of email and paper.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide application support to end users of our Marine ERP product mainly on Accounting Module and work on quick resolution issues.
• Assist new clients through the implementation process and the configuration of the new environment.
• Troubleshoot application and software related issues and determine the root cause for such issues.
