+ Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio across a single APAC market, driving client retention, implementation strategy, and premium product/service sales
+ Handle inbound client queries via phone and email, addressing account-related needs and concerns with prompt, professional responses
+ Proactively engage with clients using a consultative approach to build strong relationships, provide insights, and recommend solutions that align with their travel program objectives
