**CANDIDATE SHOULD BE LOCATED in the Eastern U.S.**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Client Services team across three key pillars: Global Service Transition, Data Analytics, and Knowledge Management. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise operations, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, global environment.

**Responsibilities**

_Global Service Transition_

+ Track project transitions end-to-end and publish regular reporting for stakeholders to assess success and identify improvement opportunities
+ Prepare business presentations and communicate project updates to frontline operations teams
+ Coordinate awareness of scheduled maintenance windows with frontline support to ensure alignment on system availability and reduce unnecessary escalations
