TOP 3 SKILLS:
Minimum 3 years providing end-user support across Windows, macOS, Ubuntu, and Chrome OS environments, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and office systems.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPN, DHCP, DNS), Active Directory administration, endpoint management (Intune, Jamf, ECM), and experience with ticketing/documentation tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.
1 2 years of scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) with the ability to implement and troubleshoot internal systems, SaaS platforms, and client-side virtualized environments (VMware, Parallels, VirtualBox).
