Data Delivery Client services team is a diverse team of collaborative, problem solvers and solution finders with a passion for providing the very best customer experience in a fast-paced environment. We are responsible for the support of applications and/or systems that deliver S&P data to our clients. We provide a 24 hours by 5 days a week support by having team representation in 3 regions.
We are seeking an outstanding client service team member and support enthusiast to engage with our clients through proactive consultation on the financial industry and S&P sophisticated software and product offerings. This person will be responsible for supporting customers migrations, implementations and on all operational matters.
