Client Service Manager, Issuer Services – Dubai, UAE Responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring delivery of services for a broad range of securities products. Works with transaction and client service teams across HSBC to support onboarding, ongoing administration, and escalation of complex deal activities.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ISV requirements are understood and client needs, industry developments, and competitor insights are communicated effectively.
- Monitor SLA performance by collating data, providing feedback, resolving operational gaps, and implementing action plans when SLAs are missed.
