The Client Services Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless scheduling of clinicians for sessions, maintaining appointment records, and supporting overall clinical operations, administration and office operation. Additionally, this role will support commercial growth activities by assisting with marketing materials, campaigns, and EAP events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to coordinate efficiently with clinicians, clients, and internal teams. You will work 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays. The shift rotations is either 8:30am - 5:30pm or 10.30am - 7.30pm. We will require flexibility to cover other members of the team on annual leave from time to time. Key Responsibilities: 1.
