The Client Service Associate is part of a dynamic team providing concierge level customer service and patient care at Minmed Screening Centres. The Client Service Associate is an important touch point and a service ambassador when participants visit us for their health screening.
Role & Responsibilities: Provide a high level of customer care to participants who visit us for their health screening Manage participants' enquiries and appointments in a professional manner Assist with clinical procedure such as ECG and other biometric measurements Keep proper clinical records in line with requirements of MOH Maintain good housekeeping and perform other duties which may be assigned Requirements: Diploma education Experience in healthcare or clinic setting advantageous Applicants with Hospitality background is an advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer and service oriented posture 5.5 working days
